Our friend received decent care but trying to reach someone there was nearly impossible. He had to go to the hospital several times because the staff was unable to insert a catheter. Each time they called an ambulance which cost him 800 each way. Having done this twice, he got billed 4 x 800. His insurance wouldn't pay because it wasn't an emergency. They have their own transport so not sure why they sent him via ambulance. We are still trying to work this out with insurance but they can't get a response from Park Valley either.

No information, no updates, no return calls. The nurse didn't realize I was on the phone with my mom and I overheard the conversation. The way they spoke to her sounded like she was in prison and the prison guards were making sure my mom knew who was in charge. Breaking her out today after 3 days. Negative stars!! Dont bring your loved ones here.!!

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I don't even know where to start. We picked here for my mom to enter hospice ad she has terminal cancer and not long to live. We knew during coronavirus that there would be different visiting protocols. My dad and myself both called to make sure about the protocols and visitation. We were told we had to be tested for covid19 and have the results to show we were negative and the we would be able to visit. Well, we all did that but when the day came that they moved her there, the \supervisor\ and I use that term loosely, would not let anyone in with my mom. My mom is dying, and they were going to just leave her alone to die and did not care that we had jumped through all the hoops they required. Finally they allowed my dad to go in. For two hours. Then they kicked him out. That night my mom calls home in tears, saying she is miserable. Come to find out, she went 12 hours without ANY pain meds. She has been in horrible pain for days but gets there and gets nothing. Needless to say, we pulled her out of there fast and brought her home where she can die with her family with her and with some dignity. Please do not send anyone you love here. I have never experienced such gross incompetence in my life. I will be filing complaints with all the proper officials. This place should be shut down.

After I got brother into the Park Valley, the nurse would not let me know what was going on with him, they would not return my phone calls. I’m so disappointed in the service I’m receiving. I can’t see my brother and they want keep me informed on his condition
